ICICI Bank has invited application for its Probationary Officer Training Programme and Recruitment for the year 2014 May and August batches. As ICICI is a private sector bank, IBPS Score is not required to apply. Last date for online application is upto 10th January 2014.

What is this ICICI PO Training Programme 2014 ?
The ICICI Bank has been conducting this programme since the year 2007. In this program the bank will select some candidates for the Probationary Officers posts. Thsoe candidates will undergo 7 months of intensive residential classroom training and 5 months of internship (first internship will be for 2 months and second internship will be for 3 months) with a stipend. The fee for the training is Rs. 3,37,080/- (the bank will give you a loan at a subsidized interest rate of 2.5% p.a). After the training and two internships are over the bank will appoint you as Assistant Managers (Band I).

Selection Process: The selection will be through a multi-stage selection process comprising of:
· Online Aptitude test
· Online Psychometric Assessment
· Case-based Group Discussion (GD)
· Personal Interview (PI)
*The GD and PI (only for those applicants who will clear the GD) will be concluded on the same day

The Aptitude Test is likely to be held in January/February 2014 followed by Group Discussions/Interviews in February/March 2014 for the applicants who clear the Aptitude Test. The selection will be based on a multi-stage process.

Education Qualification : Graduates with 55% (Aggregate) marks in any discipline.
Age : 25 Years (as on 10th January 2014)
