Clarification on fresh attempts and age relaxation in Civil Services Examination

Friends...As you are aware recently Government has announced relaxation in age and number of attempts for appearing in the Civil Service Examination. Now the Department of Personnel & Training has issued orders in this regard and the same is as follows:
