Friends.. Today we are starting a new
segment in our blog. As you know, now essay writing has become an important
part of competitive exams having descriptive part, be it SBI PO, IBPS PO, UPSC
Exams, IB Exams at all. Essay writing is an art. It is an interesting
intellectual exercise where you can express your thoughts within a given
particular topic and restrictive word count prescribed. Many candidates still
fear writing essays. Confidence level of many candidates drops down reading the
pattern of exams seeing "Essay" under descriptive topic.
Essay is not a topic that is to be feared.
Anybody can write write good essays. Of course, a good vocabulary will allow
you to express exactly what you mean. But for a starter it is not necessary to
have a great vocabulary in mind. Just try to express what is in your mind in
simple words. Then one will certainly refer dictionaries for words that we
cannot express at all within our confined vocabulary. That adds our vocabulary.
The other time we sit down to write we have one more word added. Try to repeat
the new words you learn as much as in your writing so that we don't forget it
anymore. Try to write as much moke essays as you can.
