Here is an article on Vitamins Deficiency and Diseases shared by our follower Krishna Kumar. We thank him on behalf of all our readers for sharing this article.

Friends.. Vitamin deficiency and disease associated with each are common in almost and competitive Exams. It's part of the Civil Services Exam too. Ya it’s true. Let's see one question asked in Civil Services Preliminary Examination 2014 related to topic we are discussing.
Vitamins Deficiency and Diseases

Qn. Consider the following pairs: Vitamin Deficiency: Disease
1. Vitamin C: Scurvy
2. Vitamin D: Rickets
3. Vitamin E: Night blindness

Which of the pairs given above is/are correctly matched?

(A) 1 and 2 only
(B) 3 only
(C) 1, 2 and 3
(C) None

To answer this questions..one doesn't require the IQ level of Einstein. Vice versa is also true. Even a person having IQ level of Einstein can't answer this unless he had studied the topic. Hence this post. Sorry we have not yet picked the correct answer. Correct Answer was option (A). Vitamin A is associated with Night blindness and not Vitamin E.

Now study each carefully and memorize them.
