1) Mumbai Indians beat Rajasthan Royals to win second CLT20 2013 title: Mumbai Indians produced stunning bowling and batting display as they bowled out Rajasthan Royals for 169 to register 33-run victory and clinch their second Champions League Twenty20 title.

2) Novak Djokovic beats Rafael Nadal to win China Open for  fourth China Open title in five years:  Novak Djokovic won his fourth China Open title in five years on Sunday, prevailing 6-3 6-4 in the final against Rafael Nadal who will replace him as the men's new world number one on Monday.

3) Serena powers past Jankovic to win China Open: World number one Serena Williams bagged her 10th title of the year with a 6-2, 6-2 thrashing of Jelena Jankovic in the final of the China Open on Sunday.

4) Bopanna-Edouard pair lifts Japan Open:  Rohan Bopanna ended his long wait for the second title of the season as he lifted the Japan Open trophy with French partner Edouard Roger-Vasselin, sailing past Jamie Murray and John Peers on Sunday.

5) Sebastian Vettel wins Korean GP:  Red Bull driver Sebastian Vettel's relentless push toward a seemingly inevitable fourth-straight Formula One drivers' championship continued with a victory at the Korean Grand Prix on Sunday.

National
1) SC ruling on convicted MPs, MLAs may lead to new guidelines: Recent Supreme Court ruling on convicted lawmakers may lead to creation of fresh guidelines to help deal with the new scenario where MPs and MLAs stand disqualified immediately upon conviction.

2) Seemandhra plunges into darkness, trains cancelled: Several towns and villages in coastal Andhra were plunged into darkness following a strike by electricity employees in protest against the Centre's decision to bifurcate the state.

3) Govt has no intention to privatize Air India, Ajit Singh: Under attack from the Opposition, including the Left, for his remarks that government was ready to privatize Air India, civil aviation minister Ajit Singh on Sunday backtracked saying it has "no intention" to do so.

4) The long-delayed aircraft carrier INS Vikramaditya will be inducted into Indian Navy by Defence Minister A K Antony during his Russia visit slated between November 15-17.

1) Haruki Murakami, Malala Yousafzai tipped for Nobels:  Pakistani teenage activist shot by the Taliban and a Japanese author who writes about alienation and a fractured modern world are tipped as Nobel Prize winners ahead of the annual awards that start on Monday.

2) Pakistan army chief Kayani to retire on November 29:  Putting extension rumours to rest, Pakistan Army chief Ashfaq Pervez Kayani on Sunday said that he would retire from his post at the end of his extended tenure on November 29.

Technology
1) Nasa reaffirms support to India's Mars orbiter mission: Isro:-  Nasa has reaffirmed its communications and navigation support to India's Mars orbiter mission and stated that the current US government partial shutdown would not affect Isro's launch schedule.

Economy/Business
1) SBI lags in business: RBI report:-As per the latest data on Indian banking sector, the business per employee of SBI in 2012-13 was Rs 9.43 crore, while the all banks' aggregate was Rs 12.13 crore.
