SSC CGL Exam 2013: SSC has decided
not to conduct descriptive paper/online test for candidates qualifying Tier-II Exam
2013
Friends...the latest corrigendum issued by
SSC for COMBINED GRADUATE LEVEL EXAMINATION, 2013 read as follows:
F.No.
3/10/2012- P&P-I . Candidates may refer to Note-I under Para-9 & Para-9(F)
of the Examination Notice published in the Employment Newspaper /Rozgar
Samachar dated 19-25 January,2013 for Combined Graduate Level Examination,2013.
The Commission has decided to dispense with
Descriptive/On-line test of qualifying nature as mentioned in Note-I under
Para-9 & Para-9(F) of the Notice of the Examination.
Other contents of the Notice will remain
unchanged.

Note-I under Para-9
& Para-9(F) mentioned above as in the initial notification is as follows:
NOTE-I: Candidates qualifying in Tier-II of
the Examination, for Computer Proficiency Test and Interview for posts of
Assistant in CSS, Interview for other Interview posts, Data Entry Skill Test
for posts of Tax Assistant and document verification for other non-interview
posts, will be subjected to a short descriptive
paper/online test of not more than one hour‟s duration,
with questions drawn from “English Language and Comprehension”, “Quantitative
Abilities” and “General Awareness”. The examination will be qualifying in
nature and will not be taken into account for determining the position of the
candidates in merit order.
